The pleached hornbeams have been planted, and antique hand-carved granite water troughs have been strategically positioned. We are currently waiting for the arrival of the Japanese cloud grass and an Edwin Lutyens two-seater bench. The intended result will beautifully enhance the vintage aesthetic of the recreated cobbled courtyard, meticulously designed based on historical photographs of The Wheatsheaf!
